School fees and charges

  1. A fee card is issued to every student at the beginning of the session. Parents are requested to preserve it throughout the year and abide by the rules and instructions mentioned in it . Fees can’t be accepted unless the fees card is produces. Fees once paid can’t be refunded.
  2. It is mandatory for all the parents to deposit the school fees before 10th of every month. A fine will be charged after the due date as per instruction in fee card books.
  3. The school fee covers 12 calendar months which is to be paid in every months. No reduction is made for holidays or broken periods. Students are liable to be charged full fee of both tuition and bus fare as long as their names are officially on the rolls. Fee can be enhanced every year according to the inflation rate on the decision of the managing committee.
  4. All dues of students should be cleared before any examination failing which the student will not be allowed to appear at the examination.
  5. Once the child name is enrolled for bus facility, the facility can not be cancelled in the mid of session , all twelve month are chargeable.
  6. Parents are requested to insist for a receipt of payment and keep it safely for the whole session.
